Red Bottom Tipis consists of a Father and his Daughter who came together to design and construct traditional Sioux tipis. It all began in their home town of Wolf Point, Montana where John Bruguier had been taken in by the Assiniboine and Sioux tribe in the North Eastern region of Montana. He was invited by Robert Fourstar to a Sun Dance tipi painting ceremony. This inspired John to start his own company making and selling this Native American craft. His daughter Paige, who accompanied him in his canvas shop when she was just a toddler, has become a young woman with his same passion. Together they are Red Bottom Tipis.
Traditionally, the design on every tipi symbolized the ones who inhabited it. This gives you the opportunity to focus on what you find most important in life and showcase it on your own spiritual space.
